You will learn various self-care skills, stress management techniques, and strategies for work-life balance. The focus is on providing comprehensive and holistic skills that promote overall health and wellbeing helping you gain the skills and knowledge toward a healthier and happier life.

life coaching
Here, you gain general guidance, counseling, and decision making support for everyday concerns. This includes improving self-esteem and building stronger relationships with others. You will gain the confidence to communicate your wants and needs to those around you and life a more fulfilling life. I am especially qualified to assist with adjustments and life transitions, including working with English speaking expats navigating the challenges that come along with living in a foreign country.

Though I am trained and licensed as a clinical psychologist in the US, I do not practice as such in the Netherlands.
